The SHD performed the prelimmary construction reviev+ based upon th2 i�formation you have submitted to SHD as oi the date of the review. The SHD has determined that your proposed proj t"doe's no�t n r present conditions meet the minimum reqwrements of Snohomish Health Distri ode, Chapter 8.1 (W:�C 246-272A) and Snohomish Healih District SanitaN Code, Chapter 8.12 for a building ciearance for the following reason(s). _ _ _ _ _ _ __ - — —_ _ ---- _ . _ - It appears that the contractor that initially dug the trench for the foundation drain tightline dug into the existing drainfield trenches. 6roken pipe and gravel were observed. In addition, the trench was dug on the very edge of the south drainfield lateral. Exposed drainfield pipe and rock were observed while walking along the trench. Ptease contact a licensed septic designer to evaluate the extent of the damage to the drainfield caused by this trench excavation. A repair application must be submitted proposing how to correct the damage. The repairs must be made by a licensed installer. A copy of SHD appeals procedure is available upon request.
