At that tiine, a representative from your office informed me that I must obtain a permit <br /> from the Health Department prior to obtaining an approvai irom your office Since then, I have <br /> received an approved repair permit from Snohomish Health District. See attached for the <br /> drawing. The designer has strongly recommended that I complete the water drainage work the sarne <br /> time as the repair work. 1 must complete the work prior to the hearing date of 9/19/13 per lhe Code <br /> Compliance Officer.
