Elcon Associates, Inc., has desi�ned several Port of Seattle <br /> and Port of Everett waterfront tertninals and has designed the connection of cranes to medium voltage <br /> systems using impedance gcounded neuttal systems to meet NEC. <br /> The contract documents include drawing E-1,which s}iows the ground fault detection and ground <br /> check relays that automatically disconnect power to the crane by the crane switch.
