I have also been in contact with the Health Dfstrict trying to establish if there were any system problems. The Health District has agreed to flag tfiese propertles and notify them of the cannection requ(rements if a problem d�velops. Utllity Services as already begun charging these propertles as required by EMC. This memo will be Micro-fllmed and a note wfll be charted at each address.
