In the event that the Snohomish Health District deterntines that I
the on-site sewage system is no longer acceptable within said ten years, the property shall be
connected.
Almost all of the homeowners that we have contacted to require sewer hook up have asked for the
waiver. Most of them site economic hazdship as their reason for not connecting.
I would like yuur assistance monitoring these homes. I have attached a list of those customers
requesting waivers. Would you please check through the list and see if you have any record of
problems with the drain field system for these properties.
If we find tha[ a waiver is acceptable, then would it be possible for these pazcels to be "flagged" so
if a problem arises with the drain field we can be notified?
Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
` Kirk Brook
Permit Services Manager
Cc: Alan Locke,Inspection
'fim Tyler,Building
:vtontc Tumer,1Jtility Services
oeoveaaoi:tiso c.m xnt ironcrsEwEe eo.vr+rnovsi
CITY OF EVERETT•3200 Cadar Street• Evereit.
