PUBL/C WOR/C5
December 29, 2006
Sandra Grayson
11223 2nd Ave SE
Everett WA 98208
Dear Resident:
The City of Everett received your request for a sewc;r connection waiver for a period
of up to ten years following our letter to you on April 6, 2006. In that letter you were
requested to connect to the public sanitary sewer system or request a waiver.
Additionally, if the charge has not already started, properties who fail to connect after
notice by the City must begin paying the current sewer service rate established for
single family residences such as yours.
In the letter, as a requirement prior to having your waiver request considered, it
stated that "...at the owners expense, the Snohomish Health District certifies, in
writing, to the Public Works Department that the existing system is operational." We
did not receive this certification with your request. Please contact the Health District
at once at 425-339-5250 and arrange for this certification. Your request will be
considered by the City Engineer only after this certification has been received by us.
If you have any questions please contact Michael Papa @425-257-8925.
Sincerely,
Michael Papa
Engineering Technician
CITY OF EVERETT • 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201 • (425) ?SY-6800 • Fax (425) 257-8882
