If any existing windows in those spaces <br /> are removed it must be shown that the provisions of the <br /> Uniform Building Code are not compromised, such as, minimum <br /> light and ventilation requirements are met, and that escape <br /> and rescue windows are not compromised. <br /> 8. The front elevation shows a gabl.e roof at bay above garage. <br /> The framing plan shows a hip roof, neither shows framing <br /> members. Show size, spacing, species and grade of framing <br /> members. <br /> 9, Show cross-section of stairs indicating construction of <br /> stairs and any changes to the existing structure to <br /> accommodate stairs (including minimum headroom) . <br /> 10.
