This Site Conta�ns Environmental <br /> Sensitive Area Features (EMC 19.37) <br /> The following major requirements and limitations aQply to the <br /> environmentally sensitive features on (or adiacent to)this site: <br /> • The wctland/stream buffer must be flagged/fenced prior to any construction <br /> activity per approved plans; <br /> • Clearing and grading limits must be field verified by the Public Wo:ks <br /> Inspector prior to g•ading/clearing; <br /> • rosion controls must be in place and verified by Public Works Inspector prior <br /> to grading; <br /> • No clearing or grading activity is permitted within the sensitive area; <br /> • The sensitive azea or buffer is not to be used as a construction staging area; <br /> �,�f��G� <br /> • uffer enhancement is required consistent with Plan (see sheet #�); <br /> • Hazard trees in the buffer or ESA must be flagged (removed, snagged at <br /> minimum height of and used as nursery logs); and <br /> • Wedand/stream mitigation is required (see sheet # ). <br /> Note: This sheel contains onlv a sr�mmarv of maior ESA reauirements. <br /> Detailed requirements are contained in the project decision (S�—�. <br /> ��/s �cu-co� <br />
