The City is interested in this <br /> proposel providing thet the Stnte Depertment of Wildlife and <br /> Fisheries would approve permits for construction of a regionel <br /> stormweter detention system on the site and the dedication is <br /> approved by the City's Reel Estate Committee and City Council. <br /> Note: An on-site detention volume of approximately 19,000 cubic <br /> Peet would be r.equired if the remeining portion of the aite is <br /> developed at 95S impervious. A dreinage fee payment for 19,000 <br /> cubic fect would currently bn approximately $49,a00. <br /> If on-site detention is the option chosen by the Developer cf the <br /> pruperty, the detention volume will be required to include the <br /> storaqe lost by fillinq of the isolated wetland. <br /> 5 <br />
