The <br /> propeiiy is zoned by the City of Everett as R-2, Single-Family Detached (vledium <br /> Dznsily. Property in that zoning designation has a maximum construction height <br /> standard of 28-feeL The City alleges thal Ihe Stelmakhs' residence exceeds lhe <br /> maximum height by approximalely 5-feet, 8-inches�. Allhough the Stelmakhs requested <br /> a hearing on the code enforcement action, Anatoliey Stelmakh (Applicant) also filed a <br /> variance application for relief from the zoning height restrictions for the res�dence on the <br /> subjecl properly.
