The City's review of <br /> the Grantor's plans under this easement shall not be deemed to impose any <br /> duty oc abligation an the City to determine the adequacy or sufficiency oE <br /> the Gcantoc 's plana and designe nor whether the Gcantor's cons[cuction, uock <br /> or activity is in confocmance with other applaceble plana, codes and <br /> regulations. Further, a,pcoval by the City to such construction, wock or <br /> activtty shall not in any manner be considered as imposing any obligation, <br /> duty or liability upon the City as to the safety or pcopciety of auch <br /> construction, wock or activity. <br /> 3. The Grantor hereby authocizes the City to cut, trim and cemove <br /> any and all bcush, tcees, othec vegetation o[ debris upon the easement and <br /> the right of acceas for such purposes. Gcantoc also authocizea the City to <br /> cut, trim and cemove any and all bcush, tcees, other vegetation and debcis <br /> on Grantor's pcopecty which, in the City's reasonable judgment, constitutes <br /> a hazacd to the easement and the right of access foc auch pucpoaes, <br /> 4.
