PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br /> 4. As per Public Works appruved plan dated <br /> 5. Connect side sewer per City Standard #6C';. <br /> 6. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br /> 7. Connect oil rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br /> 8. Connect rouftcp dow;ispouts to the dreinage system provided for this lot. <br /> 9. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a ruo(downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br /> Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br /> attachment for more details. <br /> 10. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potenlial drainage <br /> routing prior to beginning the project. <br /> 11. Install erosion conlrol measures as deterrc�ined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br /> fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br /> 12. Install erosion control measures per City o(Everett Standards for smali parcels <br /> 13. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br /> permit. <br /> 14. All excavaled material from foundation, sidev,�aik and driveways shall be hauled to an <br /> approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br /> 15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Pian #'s 305A <br /> & 306 on this proposal's irontage as directed by the Piiblic Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br /> driveways and any broken or damaged area must be r2placed). <br /> 16. Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett `:;�,',dard #307. <br /> 17,' Pave driveway from the front properly line oul to the sfreet �eving. <br /> 18. Contact the Water Uistrict for connecting provisions tor lhis building's <br /> water and sewer services. <br /> 19. A catch basin as per City Standard Plan �402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is <br /> required for the parking area. <br /> 20. If a sewer pump system is tc be installed, the {�ressure line must discharge into a private <br /> manhole, then gravity flow acros; the public riqht-of-way. <br /> 21.
