Zook, Mr. Hoagland and Mr. Wilson <br /> were present. <br /> Mr. Russell introduced the Board members to the audience. <br /> A hearing was held on the application of Frank �. Wilcox, 3414 Hoyt <br /> Ave, Everett, WA. 98201. For a variance from Section 19.20.050 <br /> Everett Municipal Code Yard requirements, Paragraph B. I'or permission <br /> to continue the South wall and to construct to within 1 foot 10 inches <br /> from the South property line rather than the Code Requirement of <br /> Five (5) feet. <br /> Lots: Ny Lot 25, all Lot 26, B1ock <br /> 825, Plat of Everett Div.-A. <br /> Zoning: R-4 Multiple Family Fiigh <br /> Density Residence Zone <br /> Address: 3914 Hoyt Ave. <br /> Mr. �ailson represented himself and made the following statements: <br /> 1. It would be expensive to remove and replace the existing <br /> concrete s1aU. <br /> 2. He has lived in the house for 4� years. <br /> 3. There was an old existing g;rage on the concrete slab <br /> but was torn docan because of its size and age. <br /> There was no opposition from the ai;dience. <br /> After visually viewing the suUject property and considering all the <br /> facts it was moved by Mr. fVilson seconded by Mr. Black and unanimously <br /> carried to grant the appli.cant' s request as it meets a].1 the require- <br /> ments of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal Code Paragraphs <br /> 1, 2, 3, & 4 . <br /> A hearing was held on the application of David H.
