I'or permission to continue the South wall and to construct to within 1 foot 10 inches from the South property line rather than the Code Requirement of Five (5) feet. Zoning: R-4 Multiple Family Fiigh Density Residence Zone Address: 3914 Hoyt Ave. Mr. �ailson represented himself and made the following statements: 1. It would be expensive to remove and replace the existing concrete s1aU. 2. He has lived in the house for 4� years. 3. There was an old existing g;rage on the concrete slab but was torn docan because of its size and age. There was no opposition from the ai;dience.
