He purchased the property and the building in 1946 and <br /> used it for a wholesale business of automotive parts and <br /> paints . <br /> 2 , On June 30, 1979 a fire destroyed the building. <br /> 3. He would like to rebuild the same type of building tltat <br /> existed. <br /> 4. The five off street parking stalls has been adequate for <br /> the past number of years. <br /> 5. A service truck used to park off Wall Street parallel to <br /> the building. <br /> Celia Strong of the Public Works Department then made the following <br /> statements: <br /> 1. The off street parking from Grand Ave . is non conforming <br /> but it would cause an unusual hardsltip if changes had t� <br /> be made. <br /> 2 . It is permissable to continue using the existing off street <br /> parking spaces. <br />
