It was suggested <br /> tba City Attorney be contacted for a final determination o£ the <br /> Br,ards action. <br /> E'ven though the Board granted the variance the City Attorney has <br /> iietermined that the Short Plat Ordinance requires both of your <br /> R•-1 zoned lots must have a minimum of 7 ,000 square f.eet.
