The listed requirements are <br /> placed in response to our review of Lhis information: <br /> MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES. <br /> 1. The development of 32 units on lots 2 and 3 is conditioned on meeting all the <br /> conditions as required in Short Subdivision Approval Y13-85• <br /> 2. Lots 2 and 3 are required to share common access� easement agreements must be <br /> established. <br /> 3, p landscape strip a minimum of five feet wide must be provided along the <br /> frontage, except £or driveways, where the parking areas front on the right-of <br /> xay. This landscaping must consist of: <br /> a) Continuous llve ground cover over at least 75� of the planting area, and <br /> b) Evergreen shrubs, trees, or other vertical growth at least 36" in <br /> heignt at time of planting to number at least six for each 100 sf of <br /> required landscape area.
