Defendant aqrees to process, promptly and in good faith, <br /> Plaintiffs� applicationa for buildinq permits, toqether with <br /> any and all other permits nacessary to complate this <br /> subdivision of the Plaintiffs� proparty which is subject to <br /> this litiqation. The City aqraes to process the plat and the <br /> permits abova stated in accordance with the laws and <br /> regulations of the City as thay existed in 1985, with the <br /> exception�of tha City of Everett Fire Code. Plaintiff shall be <br /> allowed to contruct the apartment buildinc*s immediately after <br /> approval of the buildinq peratite and before final approval of <br /> the short plat.
