'1hc strucwral fill is <br />keyed into ezisting firm native soils and fill placecl to achieve the final slope grades has been <br />properly benched into ezisting native materials and compactal to 95 pereent of MDD (maximum <br />dry density) according ro the specifications of the ASTM D-1557 test proceclure.
