The floor plan is <br />a mid entry split Itvel. The upper levd consists of three bedrooms, two full baths, living <br />room, dinning roori an�i kitchen. The home was purchased with an "unfinished" basement, <br />consisting of a family room, bedroom, and L.eandry/bath room, all in a rough finish state. <br />The goal of the project is to complete the badroom snd family room in accordance with all <br />currmt codes and :iave a"Legal" bedroom and "Legal" family room. The Bath/Laundry <br />room is to be completed at a fi�turo date. <br />Step one is to install recessed lighting in place of the lighting supplied by Select, and also <br />add additionel outlets. <br />Step two is to finish the framing oEtt�e bedroom to include a closet, and also frame around <br />the e�dsting heating ducts. In addit:on, a door will be framed betwcen the family room and <br />the bedroom.
