This permit will remain valid until September 23, 1999. If work is begun within that <br />time period, the permit may be maintained in an active status by requesting inspection at least <br />once each 18Q days to document progress. If work ceazes for more than 180 days, the permic <br />will expire; �he Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be extended more than <br />once.
