That being said, the plans should be dear enouch <br />that anyone could build from them without consulting the owner or the architect, which is why defails are <br />reqwred for [he new ceil�ng, the guard (if required), the handrail, and a�l other comments from the rechec4: <br />IMtcr. <br />In eur experience, if there is a response letter addressing each item on the recheck letter, then the areas ut <br />concern are addrcssed and the building permit can be released. To expedite this, I have attached lhc Word <br />version of the recheck Ietter so it can be easily edited. There were several comments from the initial <br /><orrections ietter that were not addressed on the drawings (see item 3 on the recheck letter).
