The fellowing changes/clarifications will be required before our depa�tment can execute its <br />approval of �he plans. 'fhis <br />does not meet the Type III standard. <br />• Landscaping on South Praperty Line - Although landscaping is propose.i within th�.; azea, the <br />legend does not identify which specie of plant is to be used here. There is nc symbol in the <br />legend showing a circle with slash through it. Plantings on the south property !ine must be <br />identif ed. <br />• Interior Landscaping within Parking Lot - A total of 245 squaze feet of intcrior landscaping <br />must be provided for the 14 parking stalls proposed. The plans show a single landscape island of <br />approximately I50 feet at the north end of the parking lot. M additional 95 square teet of <br />landscaping must be provided within the parking lot. This could be provided on the wesl <br />property line, opposite stall #s G through 12. <br />Please provide a revised landscape plan (3 copies) that incotporates the above changes. The Planning <br />Department �vill sign-otion its portion of thc permit upon submittal and appt+oval of these changes.
