Runoft from 5'" Place does flow towards the site; however, there is <br />an existing catch basin near the northwest comer of the subject property that intercepts storm <br />cunoff from that direction and convcys it in a northwesterly direction to the detention facility for <br />Circuit City. <br />The downstream discharge from the proposed development is to the existing 12" line stortn <br />system along 4�' Ave W.
