Staff rcviewed your projec; per Chapter 388-73A <br />R'AC-Boarding Homes and found them acceptable. <br />You still need to submit the following items for review and approval before their installation: <br />• Fire alarm system plans; <br />The locnl building official is responsible for building construction pemiitting and occupancy. The <br />local building ofticiaf or thc Statc Dcpartmcnt uC I.abor and Industrics i� responsiblc for cicctrical <br />construction permitting. <br />Enclosed is your sct of stamped "Approvcd" pl.ms. Thcse plans shuuld hcconm a penn�nen� p.ut of <br />the facility records. <br />Final licensing approv:il is sabject to a site inspection by Departmc.:t of Social :md Hcalih Scrvices <br />(DSHS), Boarding Homc Liccnsing, to vcrify compliancc with boarding honte rcgulations. <br />Also enclosed is a grcen notification of construction start card. Please complete and retum the <br />�reen card when construction begins. When construction �s complete and the above items havc <br />been reviewed and approved a pink notitication of construction complete card will be sent to you. <br />Retum the completed pink c�ud with a copy of the Certificatc of Occupancy. We will notify DSFIS, <br />when wc have received these two items, that the consuvction review process is completc. Thcn they <br />will schedule their site inspections for licensing. <br />Please nute thst the bo:irding home regulations do not allow occupancy of the completed project <br />area until authorized by DSHS Boarding Home Licensing. <br />�� <br />O�J <br />
