One must
be a accessible height and the other must be at standard height
which is 40". I will forward a sketch to cover this situation.
The four square inch outdoor air vents should be covered with the
slide type frame vents in the windows.
A3.02 - The windows in the office will need to be reduced to 3030
fixed glass 3/4hr rated windows.
A5.01 - This will need to be accomplished when the storm drainaqe
system is installed.
A5.03 - Revised the handrail height to 34"-38" rather tYsn the
33" shown on the drawings.
52.01 - The draft stops are correct as shown on the drawings.
Section 708.3.1.2.1 has an exception that allows for 9,000 s.f.
between with a 100' maximum horizontal distance between them if
the building is fire sprinklered. Since you meet the
requirements for the exception, the building should be o.k. as
drawn.
M3.01 - There are no kitchens in the resident rooms, therefore
there is no requirement for exhaust fans.
The drawings were revised to show fire dampers at the draYt stop
2108 GrH1in Ave — P.O.
