Washington <br />Dear Mr. & Mrs. Kim: <br />On Ocrober 6, 1992 the City of Everel[ Building Official issued a Notice and Order on <br />the building located at 9906 4th Avenue West, Everett, Washingron to repair or <br />demolish the building. Subsequently, the building was boarded up and secured thereby <br />temporarily eliminating a hazardous/dangerous situation. <br />A recent inspection of the building revealed that boards have been removed from one of <br />the windows and entry is being ga�ned through the window. <br />The building shall be secured no later than September 15, 1993.
