:��.�PEL'TION REPORT <br />FROM: M3rian Dent, City ot Everett Housing Inspector <br />DATE: Septemher 28, 199� � <br />SUBJ: 724 E Marin� View Dr, Unit itl <br />As the result of a complaint received reqardi.ng the suhstantlard <br />�onditions of this unit, an inspection was conducted at this <br />address and the following deficiencies w�re noted pursuant to the <br />Uniform Housing Code during the inspection: <br />1. The wiring for the light fixture in tlie front bedroom <br />shorts out. <br />2. The glass in the window in the front bedroom is broken, <br />and the window is inoperable. <br />3. The wiring to the ceilinq light in the living room shorts <br />out. <br />4. There is a false ceiling in the dinning room which is <br />missing some tiles, the sewer drain for the� uppen unit is <br />exposed in this area of the ceiling. The sewer drain <br />appears to hava been leaking. <br />5. The glass in the dinning raom windows is broken. <br />b. There is no fire seperation between the upper and lower <br />apartments. <br />7. Some electrical outlets in the kitchen do not worb, anc <br />others are not grounded, <br />0. The kitchen ceiling is falling due to water leaking frorr <br />above. <br />9. Kids bedroom has borken back plate on the electrical <br />autlet. <br />10. Kids bedroom window does not open, the wood firame is <br />rotted, deteriorated and broken. <br />11. TI-�ere is a h�le in the wall of t:he kids bedr�om. <br />
