All vital systems, electrical, plumbing, and heating are missing. <br />2. There is dry rot located throughout the building. <br />3. Exterior doors and windows are broken and/or missing resulting in faulty weather <br />protect.ion for the interior of Ihe building. <br />4. The exterior of the building is deteriorated and lacks protection from the elements. <br />5. There is an accumulation of weeds, debris, and junk on the premises. <br />6. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the building and exterior <br />premises. <br />7. The building is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors. <br />8. The building is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety, and welfaze of the general <br />public and surrounding properties. <br />The building is rendered dangerous. Provisions of the Abatement of Uangerous Buildings <br />Coc;e, Section 302, noting the following: <br />1. The building has become so damaged and deteriorated as to become an attractive <br />nuisance to children. <br />2. The building exists in violation of specific requirements applicable to such buildings <br />provided by the building regulations of thi: `�:risdictions, as specified in the Building <br />Code and Housing Code as adopted by ordinance of this jurisdicticn relating to the <br />condition of buildings. <br />3. The building is in such a condition as t� constiwte a public nuisance known to the <br />common law and in equity jurispnidence. <br />11. The above-describecl building shall either be repaired in accordance �✓ith all current <br />Building Codes and applicable codes or demolished. <br />
