The Notice and Order dated Ocrober 6, 1992, was addressed to Gloria ]ean <br />Packwood, at 2529 Sierra Vista Drive, Turlock, CA 95380. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P 459 389 058 was returned to me on October <br />19, 1992. <br />5.
