I am the Housing Inspector for the City of Everett. <br />2. On October 5, 1993, I mailed, via certified mail, return receipt requested, a <br />copy of the City of Everett Building Official's Supplemental Notice and <br />Order to Bob Packwood and Richard Berger, Trustees of Paul Packwood <br />Trust, concerning real property which they have interest in and is situated at <br />990( 4th Avenue West, Everett, Washington. <br />3. The Supplemental Notice and Order dated October 5, 1993, was addressed <br />to Bob Packwood and Richard Berger, Trustees of Paul Packwood Trust, <br />300 N Palm, Turlock, CA 95380. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P459 380 288 was returned to me on <br />October 14, 1993. <br />5.
