29. The premises must be clearly identified by address at <br />the street entry. Each building must be clearly <br />identified, so as to be visible and legible from the <br />access road. <br />30. Premise identification and all required Fire Department <br />accesa roads and fire hydrants must be in service prior <br />to commencement of construction. <br />31. The City of Everett prohibita outdoor burninq. <br />Therefore, outdoor burninq for the purpose of disposing <br />of construction debris or rubbish will not be <br />permitted. <br />32. Fire safety practices durinq construction must ne in <br />compliance with the Uniform Fire Code, Article 87. <br />33. 1►ny security fence erected around the construction aite <br />must be located so as to not obstruct any existing <br />hydrant, ffre protection equipment, or Fire Department <br />access. <br />34. An approved automatic fire detection system must be <br />provided as required by Chapter 16.76 of the Everett <br />Municipal Code. <br />Plans for auch system must be submitted to the Fire <br />Marshall for review and approval prior to installation. <br />Submittal ahall include cut sheets of all equipment <br />intended for use. Appropriate trip testa, witnesaed by <br />the Fire Department inspector, must be performed prior <br />to final acceptance of the syatem. <br />Fire alarm systems muat be installed under permit of <br />the City of Everett Buildinq Department. Electrical <br />inspection and approval are required prior to calling <br />for acceptance tests. Call 259-8810. <br />35. Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity must be located <br />a minimum of 5 feet from the building (UFC 11.302(b), <br />1991 Edition). <br />36. Siqna atating 'NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - TOFI AWAY ZONE� <br />must be provided the lenqth of the easement access. <br />Locations are to be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />37. A sprinkler system complyinq with UBC Standard 38-i <br />and/or NFPA Standard 13 must be provided. Plans for <br />any such system must be submitted to the Buildinq <br />Department and the Everett Fire Department for <br />examination and appr.oval. Such plans must include <br />underground mains that will supply the sprinkler <br />syatem. <br />
