WASMINGTON <br />SIGNIFICANCE: Issuance of permits to <br />construct 2- 10 unit apartment buildings. <br />WATER : <br />There is an 8" cast iron water main�on the es.st side of the Emander Road �vith <br />approximately 64 psi pressure to supply this location. The �Nater Department <br />records indicate that there is no fire hydrant nearby. <br />Th=_ construc+ion of the apartment complex will not have a significant imnact on <br />the tivater system. The Water Department should have no objections to the propcsal. <br />SE�'VERS: <br />The proposed' development is served by 8" sanitary sewers on Emander and on 100th <br />Street. The proposed project should not have a significant impact on the sanitary <br />sewer system. � <br />DRAINAGE: <br />The west fork of North Creek has an existing flooding problem just down5tream From <br />this development. Any increase in peak flows will further aggravate the problem. <br />I cannot recommend the issuance of a negative declaration without some assursnce <br />that this development �vill not negatively affect :,torm drainage facilities downstream. <br />�J <br />
