Section 1�.16.G00 of the Everett 14unicipal Code requires the locution of a fire <br />hydrant within %� feet of the property thnt you are requesting a bu�ding <br />permit. That ordinance appiies both to new construction and existing <br />coristruction and would require the placement of the hydrant by those not in <br />complinnce with the structure for new construction or already occupied.
