SAORELZNE PE&MIT ATTACHMENT "B" <br />S4ASTE WATER TREAT2IENT PLA:7T E:SPANSION <br />S:U� 11-86 <br />1. The project must be developed according to the site plan <br />attached to exhibit 9. All mitigation measures as set <br />forth in exhibit 9 must be adheced to. <br />2. All outside dike faces shall be hydroseeded. All other <br />vegetation disturbed during construction nust be <br />replaced in kind. The City of Everett's Plannina <br />Department is to inspect and approve all repla^ring of <br />vegetation disturbed during construction. <br />3. Detailed landscaping plans shall be r�vie:ed anc' <br />app�oved by the Everett Planning Department �:ior to <br />issuance of any building permits. These plans r.i�st show <br />planting details around all pcoposed buildings, the <br />hydroseed mixture proposed for the outside dike fac= and <br />the general treatment proposal for other areas disturbed <br />ducing construction. <br />4. All utility services provided for the treatment plant <br />expansion shall be undergrounded. <br />5. All buildings sha11 be located a minimum of 200 Eeet <br />landward of the ordinary high water mark and generally <br />as depicted on Exhibit #9. <br />6. Beyond fifteen (15) feet from any structure the Fill <br />shall be no lower than one (1) foot below the regulatory <br />flood protection elevation. This is a zoning condition <br />for the Agricultural Flood Fringe Zone. <br />
