If you wish to prevent the pennit from expiring v. ithout documentation of completion, you <br />may: <br />1) F.equest an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request fisal inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written requcst for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days.
