This information is on file with the lead agency and is available to the public on request. Any adverse environmental impacts revealed during the City's review of the above mentioned documents crill be mitigated by applying conditions to the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit requiring compliance with existing State laW and City ordinances relating to general environmental protection, including, but not limited to, public improvements, parking, drainage, landscaping, etc. This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agancy will not act on this proposal for 15 days from the date belox. Comments must be submitted by January 19, 1987, or 15 days after the date shorm on the notarized copy of the Notice of Posting uhichever date is later.
