The only permits tliat have been issued are: <br />q, 7/13/78 - Foundation and porch repa�r <br />p. �/13/83 - Construct garage in rear yard <br />The two permits have been issued utilizing two separate legal <br />drsc;iptions for the property: <br />p, 7/13/78 - Lots 3& 4, Bik 31, Town of Lowell <br />B. 7/13/83 - Lot 3 and N 20 ft of Lot 4, Blk 31, Lowell <br />5. �nohomish County PUD - <br />One meter on the structure and being billed as a single family <br />residence. <br />The zoning for this particular area of Loweil is R-2 Single Family High <br />Density Residential which will allow for the construction of or the <br />modification of a structure to house a duplex provided that the minimum <br />land area is 7500 square feet.
