Snohomish County Assessor - <br />They are assessing the property as a 3-unit apartment struciure <br />on Cctober 14, 1980. Prior asse�sed as single family res�dence <br />in 1978. <br />2. Utility Billin9 - <br />Their records indicate that this is a three-unit apartment; <br />but cannot determine the date as to when the use has established. <br />3. Planning Oepartment - City of Everett <br />Thair records indicate that the property is being utilized as a <br />singla family residence. <br />4. B:�lding Department records do not indicate the specific use of <br />t�:e property. The only permits that have been issued are: <br />A. 7/13/78 - Foundation and porcli repair <br />B. 7/13/83 -• Construct garage in rear yard <br />The two permits have been issued utilizing two separate legal <br />descriptions for the property: <br />A. 7/13/78 - Lots 3 8 4, Blk 31, Town of Loweli <br />B. 7/1?/83 - Lot 3 and N 20 ft of Lot 4, Blk 31, Lowell <br />5. Snohomish County PUD - <br />One meter on the structure and bein9 billed as a single family <br />residence. <br />The zoning for this particular area of Lowell is R-2 Single Family High <br />Density Residential which will allow for the construction of or the <br />modification of a structure to house a dupiex provided that the m�ninom <br />land area is 7500 square feet. But nowhere in the R-Z zoning clas�ificatinn <br />are there provisions for permittin;; a 3-unit apartment structure. <br />���,.L+�. �� �� <br />
