We h�-ve about 4 1/2 acrea of land which has been rendered useless because of a creekbed (wnich is the city's responsibility) Which wzs allowed to go uncon- trolled until it covers a wlde area, causing our land to become a smelly sewage swamPr o«P3ble of producing nothing except flies and moaquitos by the countless nu�ber. Not being able f.inancially to correct this damage ourselves, we were torced to sell our home. However, we find it impoasible to find a bqyer bec��use of tne repvlsive con- ditioii, and, due to the cost of drainzge, a prospective buyer would have �o take into consideration in a�ddition to the coat of the property.
