RESOLUTION NO. ��� � . <br />WAEREAS On the llth day of February , 19 �� the City of <br />Everett Bui fficial or his duly authorized representative <br />requested the Everett City Council to regular public meetings <br />to order that tl�ose named in that certain NOTICE OP UNSAFE <br />�th �' <br />BUILDING(S) dated the � day of June ,19_ <br />(Unsafe Buildings Reference No. 7506-197 ), a duplicate <br />original cooy of which is attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein as L•hough set forth in full herein, as <br />the owner(s) of the unsafe building(s), or structure(s) or <br />portion(s) thereof described i.n said notice prosecuted as <br />a violator of the provisions of the City of Everett Building <br />Code, Chapter 16.09 Everett City Code adopting and amending <br />the Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition prepared by the <br />Inter:�ational Conference of IIuilding Officials and further <br />requested the Everett City Council to order the City of <br />Everett Building Official to proceed with the work required <br />and specified in'said notice pursuant to and in accordance <br />with said City of Everett IIuilding Code on the grounds of <br />the failure, neglect or refusal of said owner(s) to comply <br />with the provisions of sdid notice, and <br />WIiEREAS the Everett City Council after examining exhibits and <br />hearing testimony and arguments and being otherwise fully <br />informed in the premises makes the following £indings: <br />1. Th�t said Ci.ty of Everett Building Code is a <br />. valid existi.ng ordinance of the City of Everett. <br />2. That the hereinabove described NOTICB OF UNSP.FE <br />IIUILDING(S) was properly issued and served pur�uant <br />to and in accordance with the hcreinabove described <br />City of Everett IIuilding Code. <br />3. That the City of Everett IIuilding Official is <br />� author•ized to request the �verett City Council tc <br />, enter the hereinabove described order and that the <br />Everett City Council is authorized in the exarcise <br />of its discretion to so do under the provisions af <br />said City of Everett IIuilding Code. <br />A. That those named in said notice as the owner(s) of <br />said unsafe buildinq(s), structureSs), or portion(s) <br />thereof were heretofore timely r.otified that the <br />hcreinabove described request of the City of Everett <br />Buildi.ng Official would be presented to the Ever.ett <br />
