That said City of Everett 9uilding Code•is a valid existing ordi-• nance of the City of Everett. 2. That the City of Everett IIuildinq OfPici.al is authori^ed to request the Evezett City Council to enter the hereinanove described order and that the Everett City Council is author- ized ir. the exercise of i.ts discretion to so do under the provisions of said City of Everett Building Code. That those named in said notice as the owr.er(c) of said ur.- safe building(s), structure(s), or portion(s) tt�ereof were heretofore timely notified that the hereinabove described request of the City of Everett Buildi.ng Official would be presented to the Everett City Council in regular oublic meet- ing on the hereinabove mentioned date and that said owner(s) were further heretofore timely notified that the owner(s) er duly authorized representative(s) shall have the right tc agoear before and present such evidence and/or arguments to the Everett City Council relating to the herein described matter as may be desired in said regular public meeting on said date. That che building(s), structure(s), or portion(s) thereof described in said notice are unsafe and a public nuisance under the provisions of said City of Everett IIuilding C�de in the respects set forth in said notice. That those named in said notice as the owner(s) of said u1- safe building(s), structure(s), or portion(s) thereof have failed, neglected or refused to comp].y with the provisions of said notice in violation of provisions of said City o£ r;vcrett Building Code. � Whereas the Everett City Council upon due consideration deem it de- sirable in the best interests of the,�public health, safety, prooerty and welfare that sa'.d requested order shall enter. Now, theref�re, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett as follows: Section 1.
