The City of Everett Building Official be and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to proceed with the work required and <br />specified in the hereinabove described NOTICB OF CiNSAPE BUILDING(S) <br />in accordance with the provisions of the hereinabove described City <br />of Everett Building Code; provided, however, said work shall not be <br />commended until not less than 10 days after dake of personal ser- <br />vice or 15 days after date of mailing ny registered mail or certi- <br />fied mail of notice of the herein described Everett City Council <br />order (resolution) to each o.` �hose named in said NOTIC� OF UNSAFE <br />BUILDIVG(S) as the owner(s) of the unsafe building(s), structure(s), <br />or portion(s) thereof described in said NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING;S) <br />Section 3. The City of Everett Building Official be and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to forthwith give notice of the herein <br />described Everett City Ceuncil order (resolution) to each of those <br />named in the hereinabove described NOTICE OP UNSAFI: BUILDING(S) as <br />the owner(s) of the unsafe building(s), structsre(a), or portion(s) <br />thereof desczibed in said NOTICE OF UNSAFE EUILDING(S). <br />Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yea. <br />Motion Carried <br />On motion the meetin5 recessed until 2:30 P.M. <br />The Regular Meeting of the Everett City Councii reconvened at 2:30 <br />P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall with President <br />Gipson presiding and all Councilmen .in attendance. <br />PSCG <br />President Gipson introduced the President of Puget Sound Council of <br />Governments, Glen Jarstad; Phyllis Lamphere, Seattle Councilwoman; <br />and Snohomish Councilm�n Paul Shinoda, representing the PSCG. <br />He also introduced King County Councilman Pill Reams; Ed iieavy, <br />the consultant for the Regional Planning Organization; and Snohomish <br />County Commissioner Ed Torgeson, also a member of the Regional Plan- <br />ning Organization. ' <br />Councilman Reams reviewed briefly some of the events which caused <br />Kit�g, Snohomish and Pierce Counties to dr.op out of PSCG and form <br />their own Regional Planning Organization. Mr. Heavy then reviewed <br />the structure of the new organization and some of their proposed <br />plans. <br />Councilwoman Lamohere agreed that tl�ere had been problems in the PS, <br />but she said changes had been made, and reviewed with the Council <br />some of the new ideas and policies. <br />_� <br />
