Bids received after the time Eixed for opening will not be considered. A b3d sheet, proposal and contract form and details of the job location may be nbtained at the office of the Suilning Official at the City Hall. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a Uid proposal deposit in casl�, certified check or cashier'• check in an amount equal to at least five per cent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Checks sha?1 be made payaUle to the City Clerk. Should the successful bidder fail to c.�vnence work or furnish satisf�ctory performance bond within the time stated in the contract, the bid proposal deposit sha11 be forfeited to the City of Everett.
