Research of the Building Officiala records re:.��2a �hnt the neceseary pezmita have been obtained by thc owner and that azverul items Unve been cu�leted in an acceptable manner. Aa ou aite inspection of the property was made on March 11, 1974. The foundations for both houses are nearly comple[e und according to the owners agent, cH.11 be finiehed within one week. The small house (SOOf3) has been re-wired and repl.umbed to the preaent code nnd is ready for [he plumbing fixtures to be installed. The kitchen has been stripped out and is ready fot the insta7.lation of new cabinete. Although inclement weather hae deluyed Clieir present scheduie Chey plan on the completion of the small house in about 30 days and the large one in uUout 3 montha, I believe there is sufficient evidence that Waynes' Conatruction lias shown good fai�h in Che roatter. I therefore recommend L•hat he be allowed to continae. �,
