The State Fire Marshal has completed a review of these <br />documents. His review comments are below. <br />STATE FIRE MARSHAL'S REVIEW <br />Mike Paddock (360) 705-6784 <br />Approval inspections by the State Fire Marshal are reyuired for final acceptance of <br />all projects involving new or modified sprinkler systems. Enclosed with a copy of this <br />letter to the contractor is the material and test certificate to be filled out and kept <br />available on the premises. Section 1-10, Uniform Building Code Standard No. 38-1. <br />I am returning a set of stamped "Approved" fire sprinkler shop drawing and l�ydraulic <br />calculations for your use at the job site. These documents shall remain on file and available, <br />in good condition, for inspection at the job site until the project is completed. I recommend <br />these documents become a permanent part of the facility records. <br />rt .,��:;. <br />
