WASNIN410N <br />sa.m <br />iHsrccrwn ncrnnrmcr�r <br />Persuant to your request an inspection of the above referenced <br />structure caas conducted by thi.s department and the fire <br />department to determine if the Uuildi.n9 can be used as a clinic. <br />We have determined that the pri.or use of the lower floor of <br />the building was that of a restaurant, and the upper floor was <br />an apartment. Therefore, we are able to classify the lower <br />floor as a Group F, Division 2 Occupzncy as set forth in Section <br />1101 and the upper floor as a Group II Occupancy as set forth <br />in Section 1301 of the IIuilding Cod�. <br />Uses which can be legally maintained in Group F, Division 2 <br />Occupancies aLe as set forth in Section 1101 which are whole- <br />sale and retail stores, office buildin9s (clinics are considered <br />as offices), drinking and dining establislunent� having an <br />occupant load of less than 1Q0, printing plants, municipal <br />police and fire stations, factories and worksllops using materials <br />not higllly flammable or. combustible, storage and saies rooms for <br />combustible goods, paint stores without bulk handeling: <br />If at any time you are doubtfull of any use of the building <br />please do not hesitiate to �call on us for assistance. <br />We are pleased to conduct this insp�ction and extend future <br />service to you at your convenience. <br />Yours truly <br />�"""�-"- � <br />Jamie G.
