We have determined that the pri.or use of the lower floor of the building was that of a restaurant, and the upper floor was an apartment. Therefore, we are able to classify the lower floor as a Group F, Division 2 Occupzncy as set forth in Section 1101 and the upper floor as a Group II Occupancy as set forth in Section 1301 of the IIuilding Cod�.
