Under permit from the City of Everett Building Oepartment install <br />approved 1-hour fire separation between the bu�:iness offices on the <br />;nain floor and the one upstairs apartment dwelling unit as required <br />in the 1988 Uniform Building Code, Table No. 5-9, amj Chapter 12, <br />Section 1202(b) as well as in the 1988 Uniform I'ire Code, <br />Table No. 5-B, Flppendix VI-D. <br />These codes were adopted by the State of washington and became effective July <br />1, 1989. These regulations now require this i-hour separation (sheetrockina <br />of entire ceiling area)• This tenant improvement work must be done under <br />permit. <br />A reinspection of this business will be conducted on or after February 27, <br />1990. Please see that the above requirements are met at that time.
