OF PAGES (lndudingCoverPageJ: 2 <br />COMMENTS: <br />As requested by the general contractor, Chad Stevenson, with Trans World <br />Electric, DCI performed a site visit on Friday December 7, 2001 to review the <br />substantially completed swaural fra:ning conditions. While onsite DCI <br />reviewed the roof retrofit , shearwall nailing and hold-downs, and generally <br />walked the site for overall conditions. <br />During the constiuction process DC[ has made periodic suuctural observations <br />and site visits to respond to framing clarifications, modifications and general <br />conswction support requirements. in addidon, Chad from Trans World <br />Electric has provided a letter of general conformance with the design <br />documents. Refer to the attached letter. DCI also understands that the city <br />inspector has been present at periodic intecvals to review the construction <br />process <br />As specified oi► sheet S 1.1, DCI recommends a special inspection service review <br />the wood lateral system and the soil bearing conditions.
