J� � <br />WIiEAFJ�S ON the si.stecnth day of July � 19 75 the <br />. <br />City of Everett Building O£ficial or his duly authorized <br />representative requested the Everett City Council in <br />regular public mceting to order the d�molition o£ .he <br />structure as specified in that certain NOTICE OF UNSAFE <br />BUILDING(S) dated the eighth day of Aoril 1974 <br />(Unsafe IIuildings Reference No_ 7904-170 ), a dvplicate <br />original copy of which is attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein as though set iorth in full <br />herein, as the owner(s) of the unsafe building(s), or <br />structur��(sl or portion(s) thereof described in said <br />not-ice has violated Yhe provisions of the City of Everett <br />IIuilding Code, Chaptcr 2.12 Everett City Code adoptina, <br />and amand_ng the Uniform IIuilding Code, 1973 Edition pre- <br />pared by the International Ccnierence of Duilding Officials <br />and further requested the Everett City Council to order <br />the City of EveretL Duilding Official to proceed with tne <br />work required and specified in said notice pursuant to <br />and in accordance with said City of Everett Building Code <br />on thc grounds of the failvre, neglect or refusal of said <br />oc.mer(s) to conply with the provisions of said notice, and <br />. WiiEREAS the Everett City Council after examining exhil�its and hearing <br />7 <br />testimony and arguments and being otherwise fully in£oriaed <br />in the premises makes the Eollowing findings: �� � <br />, . 1. ThaL said City of �vcrett IIuilding Code is a <br />. valid existing ordinance of the City of Everett. <br />� � 2. That the hcreinabove described NOTICE OF UNSAF� <br />BUILBING(S) was properly i�sued and served <br />pursuant to and in ar,cordance with the hereinabove <br />described City of Svemtt IIuilding Code. <br />3.
