(:FPI( ! <br />u�r oi uLit[i1 cvr.Rr,l \vnsHiwc.�pr: <br />As you know, the structure known as the Lowell Odd Fellows H�11 <br />was destroyed by fire while I was in the process of negotiating <br />with the owner for its removal. <br />The resul'�ing pile of rubUle has created a dangero•�s and unsightly <br />condition which I huped would be resolve3 by the owners; who were <br />given a Fire Marshals Order to remove the debris. <br />Unfortunately the Pire MarsY�als demand has becn unheeded and it <br />is doubtful that this avenue will accomplish anything, other than <br />a possible civil penalty. <br />I,therefore, recommend that we refer the matter to the City Council <br />and ask that they authorize another bid call to remove the dei�ris. <br />I desir.e to present this matter on October 29, 1975.
